These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the USA World Unity website located at usaworldunity.com and all associated services, including the Author Submission portal ("the Platform"), operated by USA World Unity ("we," "us," or "our").

By using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use the Author Submission portal, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Google account for authentication
• Be the original author or authorized representative of any content you submit
• Agree to and comply with these Terms in full

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Author Submissions

When you submit writing, manuscripts, or other creative content ("Submission") through our platform:

• You confirm that the Submission is your own original work
• You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to submit and publish the content
• You understand that submissions are subject to editorial review before publication
• You understand that submitting content does not guarantee publication on our platform
• You grant us the right to review, store, and consider your Submission for publication

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain full ownership of your work. Submitting content to USA World Unity does not transfer your copyright or intellectual property rights to us.

By submitting content, you grant USA World Unity a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and display your Submission for internal review purposes
• Publish your work on our platform if accepted, with your name credited as the author
• Promote published works on our website and associated social media channels

If your work is accepted for publication, a separate publishing agreement will be provided outlining the full terms of publication, including any compensation, rights, and distribution details.

All original content on usaworldunity.com — including our logo, design, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of USA World Unity and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right of another person
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group
• Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Promotes illegal activity or violence
• Contains malware, spam, or harmful code
• Is false, misleading, or intentionally deceptive
• Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

6. Your Account

Our platform uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You may sign out of the platform at any time using the sign-out option in the Author Submission portal.

7. Our Platform Rights

USA World Unity reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time
• Decline, remove, or edit any submitted content at our sole discretion
• Update these Terms at any time (see Section 12)
• Suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA World Unity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim (if any).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may retain your submission data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Section 13)

You may stop using the Platform at any time. To request account deletion, please contact us directly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable U.S. law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
